Summer of Siblings

Ive learned my lesson. Summer school is no joke. Especially when you take 3 classes, have 2 kids at home, and you work 3 days a week. After writing 45 pages worth of papers last week, I'm in the home stretch. A quiz, 5 discussion questions and a test.
Due to my schooling we've had a pretty lame summer, and my kids have been forced to hang out with me and play with each other. More kids than mine in my house=chaos, and I cant handle that while writing a 20 page paper. Sorry guys, Ill take the blame for the boring summer.
We've been to the dentist 3 times for 3 fillings. A big thanks to Albuterol for that. I had no idea, but Albuterol dries out your teeth. Alex takes Albuterol twice daily during the winter months so he can breath...6 months later, we've got 3 cavities (who require 3 separate visits because they will only fill one at a time due to his age). Hes a champ though...poor guy.

We've also been hiking Kennesaw Mountain, alot.
And riding our bikes on the Silver Comet Trail. One day we hit 9 miles. My legs felt like jello...my kids, not so much.

We've been having alot of movie days/nights...When Chads home, he joins in. The kids think its hilarious.
Alot of slumber parties happeneing, with each other. They still get a kick out of it...Ill savor it while it lasts.
We've been eating alot of frozen yogurt. Our friends opened up a menchies in acworth...and we have a yogli mogli right down the road, between the two...we've been filling up on delicious treats.
We got our VBS on. For all of my Dekalb/Hawthorne friends total count of registered kids at VBS? 478. Yep, that's about the size of...Hawthorne. Well maybe a little less, but just to give you perspective on how many kids are out here...Mads school count is 1,200....and theres a school just as close as Oak Grove or Briarlake is to Hawthorne right down the road. Massive amounts of children OTP. (this is a group shot, I couldn't get all of the kids, they were flanking the sides of the gym too...just the little ones were on stage)
And in Chad news...here's his latest purchase. A 1977 Ford F-250 camper edition. Its screams redneck. Its adding to the bulk in our driveway. Now we have 2 Tahoes and a Ford truck. The only thing that would make our driveway anymore redneck of a driveway is if he were to get his Twin Vee up here from the Florida Keys....the boat is massive, it would fit right in. The man loves his toys.
