Why 8 is great....

1. Because I wasnt supposed to have my kids tonight, but I unexpectedly did

2. Because eating chick-fil-a and an icecream cake made my kids night

3. followed by Ramona and the Beezus

4. Because this morning I was asked "does me being 8 years old make you feel REALLLLLY old?"

5. Because I didnt know an 8 year old could be one of my best friends.

6. Because nail polish makes this girls world go round

7. Because Alex sang Happy birthday to her all by himself (and then with Lucy/Ben Via Voicemail and Speaker Phone.

8. Because I love this stubborn, sweet, independent, soft spoken, goofy, hilarious, having a hard time listening, loves to singing, EIGHT year old girl!!!
